Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your HeavensBD account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send a message to WhatsApp 01715886810 or email support@heavensbd.com with the subject "Delete my account".
Send it from the mobile number or email address registered to your account, and include your name.
We may call you or send an OTP to confirm that the request is really from you.

We complete deletion within 7 working days and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email, phone number and password
Saved addresses, wishlist, cart and reviews linked to your account

What we may keep

Records of past orders and payments may be kept as long as the law requires, for accounting, tax and fraud prevention. They are not used for marketing.

Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone.
If you have an order that has not been delivered yet, please wait until it is complete.
Any wallet balance or club points will be lost.
