• Sellers must ensure that all items sold are in new or used condition as described in the listing, and must be packaged appropriately for safe transit.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of goods, including but not limited to those related to product safety, labeling, and shipping.

Customer Service and Support

• Sellers must respond promptly to any customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Sellers must resolve any customer complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner.

Pricing and Payment

• Sellers must set appropriate prices for their items and may not engage in price gouging or other unfair pricing practices.
• Sellers must accept payment through our platform, and may not request or accept payment outside of our platform.

Prohibited Items and Activities

• Listings for illegal or prohibited items are not allowed, including but not limited to items that are counterfeit, stolen, or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Sellers may not engage in any unfair or deceptive business practices, including but not limited to bait and switch tactics, pyramid schemes, and false or misleading advertising.

Intellectual Property

• Sellers must not list items that infringe upon any third-party's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• If we receive a complaint alleging that a listing infringes upon a third-party's intellectual property rights, we may remove the listing at our discretion.

Termination

• We may terminate this policy and your account at any time if you violate any of the terms outlined in this policy.
• Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our platform and must comply with any other requirements that we may impose.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by sellers as a result of using our platform, including but not limited to those related to order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
• Sellers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses that may arise from their use of our platform.

Changes to this Policy

• We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our platform.
• Your continued use of our platform after any changes to this policy will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
